2020 Bylaw Voting Information

The documents listed below are Bylaw options that you as a club member will have an opportunity to vote on at the 18 July Regular club meeting (there will be an absentee voting option available to those that cannot make that meeting). Every effort will be made to contact each club member individually prior to the bylaw election on the 18th of July.

Voting: On the first portion of the ballot Each member will have the option to vote for or against changing/revising or amending  the current club bylaws. If a member votes against changing/revising or amending the current Bylaws you are finished voting.

If a member votes for changing/revising or amending the current Bylaws, they will then have the option to vote for or against the document labeled Exhibit A (complete revision). If the member decides to vote for the complete revision (Exhibit A). they are done voting.

If a member votes against the complete revision (Exhibit A) they will then have the option to vote on Exhibit B (A Selective Revision). The member will then have the option to vote for or against the changes highlighted in red by paragraph heading  (i.e., 1A, 1B, 1C, etc..). When you have completed this portion of the ballot you are done voting.

It is highly recommended that each club member thoroughly reviews each document prior to voting.  Clarifications will be made at club meetings or when each member is contacted individually. If you have questions prior to being contacted, please use the “Contact” tab of this website to ask your question.
